Could you help me help others?

Some of you may be aware that I’ve been planning on running a group coaching program for a while. I want to make life coaching more accessible to more people and a group program is the best way I can see of making it more affordable. My experience of a group coaching program is that you can learn just as much from seeing other people being coached and you can from your own personal coaching.

Unfortunately though I’ve made the mistake of getting tied up in too many details and have amassed far too much material before getting anywhere near the end of what I consider could be included in the program so I’ve decided to take another approach. In June I will be running a cut price pilot program that the participants well help me design as we go along. This program will include more individual attention but will also require the participants to give more detailed feedback. But before I get there I’d like to get a good idea of where to start, so I’m aiming to speak to as many people as possible over the next month  to find out where their starting point would be.
