This week, in my coaching group, we did a brief meditation together to help identify the next most powerful but easy, small step that you can take for your wellbeing. I’m a firm believer that we have an inner wisdom that will guide us to do what is best for our holistic wellbeing and all we have to do is learn to listen.
I thought I’d share this short meditation with you to help you tune in and listen. For the best results aim to practise regularly for a few weeks, so that it becomes something that you are so familiar with, you no longer need the meditation to guide you to do it.
