5-week Course to Reclaim your Self-Worth and Self Esteem
Value yourself unconditonaly and start feeling good about yourself again – Create a foundation for an easier more joyful life!
This coaching mini-course is for people with chronic illness who want to create a happier, healthier more meaningful life
- Do you struggle to take the best possible care of yourself and put everyone else’s needs before your own?
- Do you feel compelled to overdo it, just so that you feel worthy?
- Has chronic illness robbed you of your sense of worth and self-esteem?
- Do you worry that your identy seems to be focused around chronic illness and you’ve lost the sense of you behind the illness?
Taking good care of your wellbeing can be so much easier when you have a solid sense of your own value. Chronic illness doesn’t have to stop you from feeling good about yourself. I want you to recognise just how essential you are!
Many, many years ago (pre-chronic illness) my sense of self-worth was non-existent. I did a lot of work and had a lot of support to get to the point where I feel unconditionally worthy. But once I did it became the foundation for how well I could take care of myself once chronic illness hit, and how I was able to create a life that I loved. Even when my condition deterioated (after the covid vaccines) and I became more or less housebound, I was still able to find joy and satisfaction on a daily basis because of this important foundation.
Over 7 years working exclusively with groups and individuals with energy limiting chronic illness, I’ve found that helping my clients create a sense of unconditional worth has been a crucial fountation to all other progress. I’ve honed my tools with workshops and course modules and for the first time I’m bringing it all together as one powerful mini-course.
This group coaching minicourse will support you to
- Develop a sense of your unconditional worth
- Rebuild your self-esteem and sense of identity
- Love yourself unconditionally
- Recognise that you are essential
When you feel good about yourself as a whole person, not just someone struggling with chronic illess, life becomes much more joyful and easier to navigate.
Will you be able to manage it?
To be able to make a real change in 5-weeks you do need to be able to invest a little bit of your energy. There will be weekly hour long online group coaching meetings (Wednesday 4pm UK time) that will be important to attend if you really want to experience that magic of the group process, and easily learn from what others put into the programme.
However, I also understand what it’s like to live with chronic illness so the teaching aspect of the course is created to suit your needs! You will be get access to a short video every week (less than 15 minutes) that you can watch in your own time. There will also be a short wellbeing practice to support your development (about 5 mins a day) and journaling questions to help you make the most of the experience and consolidate your learning (about 10 mins a day). You will have ongoing access to the course materials if it feels too much to do in one go, but the more you put into it, the better the results that you can expect!
The most important answer to that questions is that the sooner you start, the sooner you’ll be enjoying an easier, more relaxed, joyful and satisfying life. A sense of self-worth is an essential foundation for anything else you might try to improve your wellbeing to be successful.

What people have said about similar group coaching courses that I’ve run before:
I have continued to use what I have learned and have found that I feel physically, emotionally and spiritually better. Julie is an excellent coach, encouraging and supportive. Dorian
As I write this I am really realizing the difference as a whole that this course has had on my life and my healing. I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart Julie. I have always believed that things/people come into our lives when we need them most and this is so true with you. I was desperate to find a way to heal not just physically but spiritually and emotionally and I didn’t know where to turn and one day there you were on my Facebook feed and what a great day that was!…
….So thank you once again for what you do and the loving, nurturing and caring way you do it. And I wish this all back to you tenfold. With much love Leslie
Julie is a brilliant, caring, funny holistic coach. I can highly recommend her courses. Jane
The best part of the program was being in a group, to feel motivated to keep going. When you’re alone it’s easier to postpone things and put them aside when they’re not the easiest thing to do (also because they require energy). Having a coach and a set system for that helps a lot to become able to put things into place for yourself. And Julie’s lovely, relaxed approach with everything. She is very knowledgeable, brilliant in answering questions and finding solutions, and figuring out how to deal with challenges only CFS patients experience and that others have no clear answer for. She is a true inspiration in that regards. Al
The magic of group sessions super charges your learning as you learn from others experience Lorraine

When does it start?
You’ll get an email with your first video lesson on Saturday 16th July (2022) and the first coaching session will take place on Wednesday 20th July.
I’ve completely overcome my own struggles with no sense of self worth and I’ve spent many years helping other with chronic illness do the same. As a person with ME/CFS, I feel good about myself no matter how limited my functioning and now I want to help you find the fastest, easiest way to laying these important foundations!
I believe working on this topic will require an intimate setting, so there will only be 7 new places on this course (we already have 5 members).
A second coaching group (Wednesday morning UK) could take place with a minimum of 6 other members, so let me know if a morning group would be your preference.
