2 week mini-course, empowering you to choose to stop when it’s the right thing for your wellbeing!
When you can choose to stop when you need to, life becomes easier, more joyful, and you end up being able to do more!
By giving yourself permission to stop and take a break when necessary, you pave the way for greater ease and joy in your daily experiences. This mindful approach to managing your energy not only reduces stress and enhances your overall well-being. As you become more attuned to your body’s signals and respect your limits, you find that the energy available to you will start to increase.
This course will support you with:
- A stronger belief in the benefits of stopping
- Greater awareness of when you need to stop
- Greater awareness of the temptation to ignore the need to stop and what’s behind it
- Making the choice to stop.
This course includes 2 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 2 weekly lessons that each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
