Sometimes we feel guilty or selfish about not being more involved or others missing out because of us. Sometimes we worry about how others judge us. Sometimes we just want the pleasure of an experience that is only going to have painful consequences.
This group coaching session will support you to overcome the challenges you have with boundaries. Once you sign up you’ll have access to a 40 minute mini-training that will help you identify where you most struggle and strategies that will help. Then on Thursday you’ll get customised support to make the transformations that will help you stay happy and well during this hectic time.
