4-week mini-course guiding you to build the daily structures and firmer boundaries that keep your wellbeing safe
Holding clear boundaries for yourself and others, is a crucial aspect of good energy management and healthy relationships.
Without them it’s easy to feel ovewhelmed, resentful or anxious about a flare up of health conditions.
Good structures and boundaries help you and those around you feel safer and know what to expect. They help keep things on an even keel, bringing a sense of ease and peace.
The most harmonious of relationships are built on healthy boundaries.
You have the right to prioritise your own health and wellbeing and you’ll have more to give when you do!
This course will support you to:
- Recognise and strengthen the boundaries you need for yourself
- Recognise and strengthen the boundaries you hold with others
- Communicate your boundaries assertively
- Choose your self-care priorities
- Create new habits and helpful routines.
This course includes 4 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 4 weekly lessons that each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
