Taking the best care of yourself can be hard when you have a long-term health condition, especially when you feel guilty or sense that you are being judged unfavourably by others.
Join me and a compassionate circle of women for an hour of healing and ritual. When we focus the energy of love and healing together is has so much more power that when we do it alone!
Although this circle is timed to prepare you for better boundaries over the holiday season, you are welcome to attend no matter what the guilt or judgement pertains to!
Although there is power in numbers, it is also important to create and safe and intimite space, so places will be limited to 11 (+me).
When? Thursday 5th Dec, 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am eastern)
To get the benefits from the session it is important that you are able to attend. Please do not sign up with the intention of watching a recording.
If you find that something unexpected and important comes up that prevents you from attending on the day you won’t be given access to the recording but I will issue a refund.
