This course takes the approach that self-healing is all about creating harmony in body, mind and spirit and supporting your body’s natural healing wisdom.
At the end of 5 weeks, you’ll have learned many new skills that will bring you peace of mind, lightness of spirit and ease of being.
- Understanding self-healing fundamentals
- Harnessing the mind/ body connection
- Recognising the role of mindfulness
- Utilising self-healing visualisations
- Understanding energy systems and their healing role
- Letting go of secondary pain
- Embracing the healing power of compassion
Each of the 5 weekly lessons include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- short wellbeing practices to make learning self-healing skills easy (a total of 10 different guided meditations!)
This course also includes 5 live group sessions, alternating Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern).
