If you are looking for a course that is all about reaching a better level of physical functioning and getting your old life back, this is NOT the course for you. Instead, this course takes the approach that self-healing is all about creating harmony in body, mind and spirit and supporting your body’s natural healing wisdom.
At the end of 5 weeks, you’ll have learned many new skills that will bring you peace of mind, lightness of spirit and ease of being.
This course includes 2 group coaching/ mentoring sessions which take place 2 weeks apart on Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern). each of the 5 weekly lessons include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- short wellbeing practices to make learning self-healing skills easy (a total of 10 different guided meditations)
