Empower yourself with skills that create a holistic sense of wellbeing, with this 5-week mini-course.

This course takes the approach that self-healing is all about creating harmony in body, mind and spirit and supporting your body’s natural healing wisdom.

At the end of 5 weeks, you’ll have learned many new skills that will bring you peace of mind, lightness of spirit and ease of being.

This course will support you with:

  • Understanding self-healing fundamentals
  • Harnessing the mind/ body connection
  • Recognising the role of mindfulness
  • Utilising self-healing visualisations
  • Understanding energy systems and their healing role
  • Letting go of secondary pain
  • Embracing the healing power of compassion.


This course includes 5 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 4 weekly lessons that each include:

  • a short video (5-15 minutes)
  • a summary of the topics covered in the video
  • journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
  • a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.


If you are looking for a course that is purely about reaching a better level of physical functioning and getting your old life back, this is NOT the course for you.
