5-week Course to Reclaim your Self-Worth and Self Esteem
Objectives:
- Develop a sense of your unconditional worth
- Rebuild your self-esteem and sense of identity
- Love yourself unconditionally
- Recognise that you are essential
When you feel good about yourself as a whole person, not just someone struggling with chronic illess, life becomes much more joyful and easier to navigate.
This course includes 2 group coaching/ mentoring sessions which take place 2 weeks apart on Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern).
