Let me share my story:

I have personally lived with ME/CFS for over 20 years, and regardless of my level of functioning, I have discovered how to experience joyful wellness most of the time. In fact, my initial seven-year recovery, happened as a result of  stumbling upon the secret of letting life be easy, going with the flow, and embracing life as it is. Throughout the second occurrence of this illness, I’ve been able to enjoy an amazing quality of life. However, two years ago, after receiving covid vaccines, it seemed as though the universe wanted to remind me of my life’s work. My level of functioning plummeted, and I had to draw upon everything I had learned and evolve to a new level of creating joyful wellness. Over the past eight years, I have shared many of these skills through my coaching, creating numerous courses and group programmes. In January, I had an epiphany—a divine download—and I identified four distinct skill levels involved in thriving with a chronic illness: grounding, nurturing, living, and thriving.

Practicalities

How much time and energy do you need to make the most out of the program?

Each week, there will be a brief teaching video of 5-15 minutes, which you can watch at your own convenience. I will also share a well-being practice that typically takes about 5 minutes a day, along with journaling questions that can be completed in less than 10 minutes daily. I strongly believe that significant achievements can be made through small steps, and dedicating just 15 minutes a day can help you acquire skills that will make a real difference in your life. Additionally, there will be a weekly 45-60 minute group session.

When do the live sessions take place?

The weekly zoom calls alternate a support group session on Tuesday at 10am (UK time) with a coaching/mentoring session on Wednesday at 4pm (UK time: 8am pacific; 11am eastern). For those of you, on the other side of the Atlantic, who will be in the land of nod during the Tuesday session, there is an option to join my existing support group which takes place at 4pm. The coaching sessions are recorded and the support group sessions can be too, with the agreement of all members.

How long is the program?

This programme consists of just over six months’ worth of modules (29 weeks). If you stay for the entire six months, you will have lifetime access to the materials. Otherwise, the materials will only be accessible while you’re an active member of the program.

Is there a commitment in terms of how long you need to join?

There is a 3 month minimum commitment to the programme. I’m confident that you’re going to love being with us but if after three weeks, you’re certain it’s not for you, I’ll cancel your subscription imediately and you won’t be charged again.

Why start now?

The most compelling reason is that the sooner you begin, the sooner you can start enjoying an easier, more relaxed, and more fulfilling life. We will all be starting together on the 15th of July, and I won’t be accepting new members after Monday (17th) until we commence the next module in a month’s time.

But I have a lot on my plate at the moment. Can I start later?

Yes, you can certainly start later. However, consider that you might be losing valuable energy to stress and tension right now. When do I need to decide?

The program’s doors will close on Monday evening (17th) to allow everyone to start together and create a safe and supportive community.
