7 week mini-course sharing the key skills involved in allowing life to be easy when you have a long term health condition.
Objectives
- Discover a new paradigm to save wasted energy
- Identify and let go of energy wasters
- Get things done with less energy
- Recognise how trust serves you and what you can trust in
- Choose to trust
- Surrender and go with the flow
- Learn how to do only what you feel like doing, and how effective it is.
This course includes 7 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 7 weekly lessons that each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
