4-week mini-course for a relaxed, peaceful, simpler life that makes the most of your precious energy
Dealing with a chronic illness like ME/CFS means never having enough energy for life’s demands. We can constantly feel pressured to do things we just don’t have the energy to do, rarely getting to choose how we spend our energy. We can sometimes push through to get things done but then crash and often feel worse for days, if not weeks or more. Life can seem like a constant boom/bust cycle.
In this mini-course with you’ll learn to identify what’s really important in your life. You’ll be guided to let go of complications and to create a structure that will help you to keep your life simple.
As a result, you’ll be able to relax into a more peaceful way of living, and you’ll find yourself being able to choose to spend your energy on things that you enjoy, in addition to the things that are important to you.
This course includes 2 group coaching/ mentoring sessions which take place 2 weeks apart on Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern). Each of the 4 weekly lessons includes
- A short video (5-15 minutes)
- A summary of the topics covered in the video
- Journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills involved
- A short wellbeing practice to help make simplifying life easy
