4-week mini-course for finding hope without the fear of dissapointment

When you have a chronic illness, it can be hard to hope for better days and well-being. Many of our hopes are dashed by yet another crash or flare after a relatively good patch. Over and over again, we are disappointed by medical appointments, which drain our energy and rarely offer answers or helpful treatment.

These frequent disappointments can be so painful that we start to fear having hope or simply decide it’s not worth having it.

But life without hope can be heavy and dull. It can be hard to find motivation when there is no promise of better things to come. We start to believe that there’s little point in taking the best possible care of ourselves without hope of any improvement. What difference could it make?

This course will show you a new way of finding hope without disappointment and pain. It will show you how to stay motivated and how staying hopeful improves your life here and now.

With hope in your life, you’ll feel light and motivated. You’ll take better care of yourself, and with your new lightness, you’ll release wasted energy to live a fuller, more enjoyable life.

This course includes 2 group coaching/ mentoring sessions which take place 2 weeks apart on Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern). Each of the 4 weekly lesson includes:

  • a short video (5-15 minutes)
  • a summary of the topics covered in the video
  • journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
  • a short well-being practice to make learning to hope easy
