This course takes the approach that self-healing is all about creating harmony in body, mind and spirit and supporting your body’s natural healing wisdom.
At the end of 5 weeks, you’ll have learned many new skills that will bring you peace of mind, lightness of spirit and ease of being.
Objectives:
- Understanding self-healing fundamentals
- Harnessing the mind/ body connection
- Recognising the role of mindfulness
- Utilising self-healing visualisations
- Understanding energy systems and their healing role
- Letting go of secondary pain
- Embracing the healing power of compassion.
This course includes 5 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 4 weekly lessons that each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
If you are looking for a course that is purely about reaching a better level of physical functioning and getting your old life back, this is NOT the course for you.
