Alternate-Reality-Self Wisdom of Belief

A couple of months ago, I ran a 5 day masterclass in my Facebook group called Boost your Belief, Maximise your Motivation. Part of the masterclass involved connecting in with an alternate-reality version of yourself who has already reached a level of joyful wellness that you’d like to create and seeking their advice on various aspect of their journey.

In this post, Chat GPT and I have melded all the advice that came through from several peoples alternate-reality selves on the topic of belief. In particular the belief that you can heal yourself and create a life of joyful wellness.

 

1. Nothing happens without first a belief in its possibility.

2. Belief serves you better.

When you choose to believe in healing and joyful wellness, it becomes easier to take action.  Belief helps you to notice the precious opportunities that are already around you.

3. Belief drives action and allows peace and trust.

Aim to be consistent, trusting, and kind.

4. Belief is a powerful beginning, but faith brings deeper ease.

There’s a shift between thinking “this is a lovely thing to imagine” and feeling “I’m so grateful that this is on its way to me.” With faith you can completely relax and enjoy the moment.

5. Acting from belief can be effortless.

Visualise intentions, believe in their value and allow them to guide action in a relaxed effortless manner when the moment is right.

6. Believe in unlimited life force energy and cellular wisdom.

With faith that your body knows how to, and has the resources available to heal itself, it’s simply a matter of letting go of old patterns that get in the way.

7. You don’t need to know all the details.

Focus on embodying the feelings and emotions of joyful wellness, and trust that you are creating a sustainable, joyful life—even when you can’t yet see all the results.

8. Believe without attachment.

You don’t need to see results when you trust that what serves you now also serves your future.

9. Lean into faith and imagination.

They create momentum on their own. Aim to support you body in healthy ways, not in rigid perfection. Go with the flow and soak in happiness

10. You are enough…

…whether you are 100% or 0%. Remember that ‘dips’ are adjustment periods of growth you cannot see.

11. You are one.

You can create anything you desire. Trust in your growth and expansion and allow your human moments with love and compassion.
