Over the course of four weeks, I’ll guide and support you to:

  • Create a crystal-clear picture of a life that’s not only aligned with your wellbeing needs but also brings you joy and fulfillment
  • Overcome the fear of missing out, so you can confidently say “yes” to the things that really matter to you and “no” to the things that damage your health.
  • Put in place structures and habits that support your wellbeing, allowing you to live your best life
  • Learn how to assertively communicate your needs to others, so you can build stronger relationships and create a supportive community around you

This course includes 4 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 4 weekly lessons that each include:

  • a short video (5-15 minutes)
  • a summary of the topics covered in the video
  • journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
  • a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
