This 4-week coaching mini-course will guide you to open yourself up to the flow of wellness, that is available to you when you can embrace what is and meet yourself where you are.
Course objectives:
- to feel more at peace with the life you have
- to recognise that you are in the perfect position to get where you want to from where you are
- to recognise the power of the steps taken from where you are
- to embrace life as it is and enjoy the state of allowing
- to enjoy the moment by moment of moving through your gap
This course includes 2 group coaching/ mentoring sessions which take place 2 weeks apart on Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern).
