4-week coaching mini-course enabling the peace and satisfaction that result from embracing what is and meeting yourself where you are.

Unlock a profound sense of peace and potential and open to a delicious sense of lightness and wellbeing. Meeting yourself where you are, without resistance is the most powerful place you could be!

This course will support you to:

  • feel more at peace with the life you have
  • recognise that you are in the perfect position to get where you want to from where you are
  • recognise the power of the steps taken from where you are
  • embrace life as it is and enjoy the state of allowing
  • enjoy the satisfaction of progressing, in the moment

The course includes 4 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 4 weekly lessons that each include:

  • a short video (5-15 minutes)
  • a summary of the topics covered in the video
  • journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
  • a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
