5-week mini-course for finding hope without the fear of disapointment

When you have a long term health condition, it can be hard to hope for better days and well-being. Many of our previous hopes have been dashed by yet another crash or flare after a relatively good patch. Over and over again, we have been disappointed by medical appointments, which drain our energy and rarely offer answers or helpful treatment.

These frequent disappointments can be so painful that we can start to fear having hope or simply decide it’s not worth having it at all.

But life without hope can be heavy and dull. It can be hard to find motivation when there is no promise of better things to come. We start to believe that there’s little point in taking the best possible care of ourselves without hope of any improvement. What difference could it make?

This course will show you a new way of finding hope without disappointment and pain. It will show you how to stay motivated and how staying hopeful improves your life here and now.

With hope in your life, you’ll feel light and motivated. You’ll take better care of yourself, and with your new lightness, you’ll release wasted energy to live a fuller, more enjoyable life.

Course objectives:

  • To find a light-hearted, optimistic state of mind
  • To expect positive outcomes without attachment
  • To cherish desire with anticipation
  • To let go of the past and allow the future to be different
  • To enjoy taking easeful action that moves you towards your desired wellbeing

This course includes 5 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 5 weekly lessons that each include:
