Over the course of four weeks, you’ll discover how easy it can be to find a sense of purpose without risking your health.

This course will start on Saturday 22th April 2023 and lessons will then be added weekly. Until then you will only see the lesson titles. It also includes 2 group coaching/ mentoring sessions which take place 2 weeks apart on Wednesdays 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern).
