When you see the world through kindness, you will enhance your relationships & interactions with others. This course will guide you to let go of any patternd that may have restricted your ability to give & receive love expansively, creating a sense of inner peace & joy.
By expanding the love within yourself, you create a ripple effect that spreads love and joy to everyone around you, leading to a life filled with purpose and harmony.
This course will support you:
- To enjoy ‘being’ love and experiencing love flowing through you
- To develop a loving kindness mindset
- To foster a sense of worthiness of unconditional love
- With leaving behind old conditioning around worthiness of love
- To enjoy the peace and purpose involved with focusing on loving kindness practices.
The course includes 5 weekly group coaching/ support sessions which take place alternate Tuesday’s and Wednesdays at 4pm UK time (8am pacific, 11am Eastern) plus 4 weekly lessons that each include:
- a short video (5-15 minutes)
- a summary of the topics covered in the video
- journaling suggestions to help you develop the skills
- a short wellbeing practice to make improving your skills easy.
