Meditation and Mindfulness for Healing

6 week course starting Thursday 9th Nov 4pm UK (11am EST) only $89

This weekly intermediate course will help you to develop your mindfulness skills to bring more peace, control and healing into your life. It will also teach a variety of mediation techniques that will help you harness the mind/body/spirit connection to encourage self-healing.

As well as the ability to discuss the practices in the live sessions you will also be able to seek support in a private Facebook group. There will also be easily downloadable recordings of each meditation practised. Sessions will also be recorded if you can’t attend live.

Prerequisites: To have completed the Meditation, Mindfulness and Relaxation Foundation Skills for Overcoming Chronic Illness Course, The 8 Steps Group Coaching Program or my 21 day Breathing Techniques and Meditation Starter Kit
Or at least 6 weeks of mindful meditation practice.
